United Soluble Cutting Oil series encompasses both high oil content and low oil content products. High oil content products form a very stable milky white emulsion when mixed with water. Low oil content products provide excellent bio-stability and hence extended coolant life without compromising other performance. Both types are fortified with antimicrobial agents and offers excellent rust protection and high heat absorbing characteristics. Products are available ranging from light to heavy severity machining operations.

UNISOL-P

Mineral based water-soluble metalworking fluid formulated with fragrance that forms a very stable emulsion when mixed with water at a wide range of dilutions (stability of this emulsion is not affected by hard water ions).

UNISOL EP 2

UNISOL EP 2 is a new generation of biostable emulsion with high oil content. It is a stable soluble semi-synthetic cutting fluid that produces a milky emulsion when mixed with water. UNISOL EP 2 is fortified with chlorinated extreme pressure additives to provide superior performance on more difficult operations.

This product is a biostable, fully synthetic grinding fluid with high levels of corrosion protection at low concentrations and possesses extremely good wheel flushing performance. Due to its unique formulation, it maintains a low foaming tendency and exhibits an ability to remain clean and clear in the presense of tramp oil.
