UNINET DH is formulated with active sulfur and other load-bearing extreme pressure additives so as to prolong tool life, give a good surface finish and increase efficiency. It is a high-performance oil specially developed for heavy-duty processes such as deep-hole boring, drilling and trepanning of high-tensile steels where tough operating conditions are such that the boring head may be buried in the work-piece for very long periods and the oil is expected to offer continuous accurate cutting with no opportunity to check results while cutting action is in progress. Being active, this oil is not recommended for non-ferrous metals. UNINET DH is a low-viscosity neat oil which gives a rapid flushing action to clear the swarf from the boring head, commonly seen in Ejector and Gun Drilling.
